Job Description

Kaifeng is looking for an IP Datacom Product Manager to work in Indonesia on a permanent basis.


Role responsibilities:
- Promote the organisation's enterprise IP Solutions in the indonesian enterprise market;
- Communicate enterprise IP products and solutions with solution department from partner and customer.
- Attend industry events related to technology forums and industry presentations;
- Further relationships with the customers' junior- and mid-level personnel and technical personnel. 
- Independently gain insights into customers, develop the solution, network design, bidding, and quotation for multiple products. 
- Execute the brand marketing activities following established branding strategies. 
- Collect and analyze competitors' information, participate in developing and executing competition strategy.
- Knowledge transfer to solution sales team members.
- Develop the target, direction, path, pace, and tactics of the organisation's Datacom product market in two to three years in some industries, such as FSI、Gov、ISP、Energy and so on, and specify the resource allocation requirements, such as the development manpower and marketing investment. Lead the team to achieve the goal.


Role requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in electrical engineering, computer science or other ICT related majors.
- At least 7 years of product/solution Sales hands-on experience in the ICT industry, especially in the enterprise business field.
- Experience with HCIE R&S /CCIE Enterprise Infrastructure/CCIE R&S is more prefered
- Have a good knowledge of Datacom Products, including WLAN (or Wi-Fi), campus switches, data center switches, WAN routers, and access routers.
- Have experience in network solution sales and project operation, and experience in making breakthroughs in key markets of key customers is preferred, such as Datacenter in FSI or Metro in ISP

- Be able to understand customer requirement and design HLD solution accordingly 
- Has capability of communicating and influencing customer.  
- Public presentation skill is mandatory.
- Negotiation skills are preferred.
