International Sales Director Needed
Implement company's international sales objectives and overall direction of Sales strategies & objectives in order to achieve the sales budget and enhance Company Share in the international markets. Job Profile:Reporting to CEO your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to the following:
Develop and formulate comprehensive strategic international sales plans to ensure continues development of business and actively achieve the sales objective/targets of the Company's International Sales.
Ensure that sales targets are obtained and continuously seek new methods to exceed target through effective planning and implementation of the necessary corrective and preventive actions to avoid loss in sales opportunities
Design program that effectively monitor the existence of Company's Products in the international markets and ensure the best utilization of his sales force.
Work closely with Marketing and other Sales Teams to develop strategies that help drive the business growth in the international markets.
Develop strategies and objectives concerning sales targets, new business opportunities and preserving present customer satisfaction.
Direct the budget expenditure and properly translate the business plans into resource allocation.
Ensure the establishment and implementation of the sales training of his team to ensure the maximum effectiveness of the corporate sales plans and activities.
Manage the sales forecasting, short and long range projections of industry volume within the current company sales capabilities, the expansion consideration and the annual profit.
Maintain and enhance good relationship with all relevant authorities and key accounts in different markets to protect the Company against any future threatening, seize new business opportunities, and ensure the proper communication between the company and all stakeholders.
Develop adequate reporting tools to get regular analysis on revenue, customer contacts, market intelligence, sales performance, sales expenses, objective achievement and competitor's position.
Directs and oversees an organization's sales policies, objectives and create new & grow existing sales initiatives to ensure the proper utilization of workforce capacity
Specialized Knowledge B.Sc. degree in relevant discipline.15 years' experience in the field of sales with 5 years' managerial position
Clear leadership skills to coach, develop, motivate and create high performing sales teamsHigh level of strategic management that support the company's transformational journey.Strong influencing skills at all levels internally and externally
Excellent analytical, numerate and IT skills to create and use sales monitors to constantly update and communicate performance and identify market opportunities and threats using a range of hard and soft data
