Tangent are looking for a First Line Helpdesk Analyst to work a 3 month extendable contract based in Bristol.Interviews to take place week commencing 13th November.The successful candidate will join a team of self-motivated Service Desk Analysts who :
Provide effective ICT Systems support to in a professional manner.Applies their knowledge and experience to ensure the operational services meet business requirements for functionality, performance, availability and reliability.

Provide effective ICT Systems support to in a professional manner.Flexible in approach & able to work between 07:00 - 18:00 hrs Monday - Friday on a rota basis.
