Our client one of the fastest growing telecommunication company's based in the UK are looking to expand their team and are seeking a Finance Assistant to join their busy organisation based in Essex.
Finance Assistant duties include:
- Dealing with queries over the phone, and processing card payments.
- Raising Invoice and Credits.
- Managing bank accounts and carrying out monthly bank reconciliations.
- Setting up and processing Direct Debit.
- Processing and overseeing Employee Expenses.
- Assisting with Month end accounts.
- Supporting the Finance Manager.
- Inputting a large volume of transactions on to Sage.
- Organisation and filing.
- Experience within a similar role with ideally 6 months +
- Has experience using SAGE 50
- Good knowledge of vlookups
- Strong organisation and time management
