Customer Support Engineer - Radio Controller

Customer Support Engineer  - Radio Controller required for a 12 month extendable contract based in Riyadh, KSA.   The position will be looking to start ASAP.

Our client holds a project with the primary mobile operator within in KSA and is looking to to add a number of different engineers to support this.

Main responsibilities are:  
• • SW Support Delivery activities, i.e. technical query, trouble resolution and on-site Emergency support.
• SW Change Management activities, i.e. planning, verification, testing, mass rollout and reporting. 
• On-site support at customers premises participating network operation service, when applicable.
• On-site support at customers premises participating network operation service, when applicable.
• Network implementation activities, i.e. installation, commissioning, integration and acceptance.
• Network expansion activities, e.g. HW upgrade, transport migration, rehoming, swap etc.
• Implementing change requests on parameters, features, phased-out HW. This also requires good understanding on NE level or System level KPI.
• Participate multivendor and 3rd party activities (installation, integration, interface troubleshooting)
• Supporting pilot and trials.
• Participate in interoperability testing when applicable.
The successful candidate will have experience on the above.
