Job Description
Customer Support Engineer - CORE - SDM required for a 12 month extendable contract based in Riyadh, KSA. The position will be looking to start ASAP.
Our client holds a project with the primary mobile operator within in KSA and is looking to to add a number of different engineers to support this.
Main responsibilities are:
• Provides support to clients and/or customer (typically on-site) in his field of expertise covering all Saudi and ready to travel to sites whenever needed.
• Operates in compliance with the processes, methods and tools linked to the job and possesses service excellence awareness
• Reports the progress of his/her work to project management / line management
• Works on the following network elements: SDM (One NDS, HLR FE) and OSS (NetAct)
• SW development skills.
The successful candidate will have experience on the above.
