Job Description (Profiles)

1.    Rollout/Master plan/support plan maintenance(plan, distribute, communication, publish, tracking, GAP/teams analyse，target reach), risk hands up 实施/主计划维护、GAP风险预警（倒排、分解、沟通、发布、监控、达成）

2.    Key project task tracking, integrate function team, support RPM/PM mission 项目任务跟踪，集成功能模板和平台，支撑区域目标

3.    ISDP tools implement

4.    Customer management and supplier management, internal team management, can lead the whole team to reach the target

5.    Project Risk and financial management.

Required Qualification or experience

1. More than 8-year engineering project management, more than 5 year WL/MW SWAP project experience is perfect

2.Strong impellent, execution

3. Know ERP-PC/ERP-PM system, ISDP application experience is perfect;
