Job Description

Justine is looking for a BSS (Business Support System) Project Manager to work in Dusseldorf, Germany. The successful candidate will focus on managing the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.

 

Role Responsibilities:
- Provisioning, Charging & Mediations of 3G/4G/5G mobile network domains from full lifecycle of project management, planning and execution angle for customer projects.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope and within budget.
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Responsible for internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless full lifecycle execution of projects in BSS & Provisioning, Charging & Mediation of 3G/4G/5G mobile network domains.
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
-  Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Manage all aspects of BSS, Provisioning, Mediation/Charging systems of 3G/4G/5G network deployment from: customer relationship, project plan of record, project schedule, cost, and inventory.
- Direct or complete above systems deployment activities.
- Ensure proper records are maintained for all systems deployment.
- Ensure that quality of the service providers’ work is within client standards.
- Manage integration of third-party technical partners with internal team.
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.

 

Candidate Requirements:

- Strong experience in the Telecom industry driving product innovation, project planning and execution roles
- Experience in Partner Management is essential
- Experience in the Telecom industry, BSS with strong experience on TMF & 3GPP standards.
- Great client engagement, able to manage escalation.
- Able to navigate both the technical as well as business worlds translating Corporate needs into a solution roadmap that plays an enabler role to help achieving those goals.
- Good understanding of Cloud Native technologies, development & deployment methods.
- Great presentation skills (written and verbal)
