Job Description


  • Maintain the chart of accounts, performing necessary journal entries and periodic reconciliations as directed
  • Process incoming customer payments and apply them accurately to the customer account
  • Maintain accounting filling and archive system
  • Issue invoices to customer and perform collections activities
  • Process supplier invoices and payments as directed
  • Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
  • Prepare account analysis and documents to support in the external and internal audit activities
  • Maintain vendor and client master records
  • Create ad-hoc reporting and analysis
  • Maintain appropriate documents to comply with state, federal, and local tax laws
  • HR Administration for small company
  • Management relations with HR payroll provider


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent experience preferable 
  • Professional accounting & HR administration experience in a small/medium company
  • Knowledge of accounting principles, fiscal law and HR administration aspects
  • Knowledge of fiscal law applied to company ;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; Intermediate knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, V-lookups, and charts)
  • Ability to communicate with colleagues at all levels of the organizatio
  • Ability to multi-task effectively
  • Excellent knowledge of English, both oral and written; good knowledge of Italian, both oral and written (it will be considered a plus)
