1st Line Support needed!
1st Line Support opportunity for a major, well-known, retail client based over Berkshire. This is a 3 month contract.
The person needed must have the below:
- A genuine interest in the customers issues and solving them
- Good telephone manner
- A willingness to learn new skills
- A flexible attitude to all aspects of work
- Be self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised
The main tasks for this role is to have the ability to fix 80% tickets without escalation, logging and updating tickets into the call logging system and taking ownership of tickets from beginning to end.
This is a fast-paced environment supporting 350 branches so somebody that has the right experience in working in this kind of situation and somebody that can just hit the ground running is essential.
