Job Description

Julia Blair is looking for a Senior Sales Account Manager to work on a permanent basis. This role is based in Sydney, but can be remote.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by renewing and expanding the book of business offerings to existing customers.

In addition, this role will partner with Solution Consulting, Product, and Marketing teams to develop and deliver a compelling territory growth strategy for the territory.

What will you do:

  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual account renewal and expansion targets.
  • Manage and build strong relationships with customer accounts.
  • Ability to engage in conversation around Banking Fraud and Payments.
  • Negotiate contracts, maximize profits, and close deals.
  • Deliver solutions that meet customer needs in a timely and successful manner.
  • Analyze customer needs and pain points and provide compelling ROI and value proposition.
  • Identify and pursue business opportunities to maintain and grow territory pipeline.
