RF Rollout Manager

Ryan is urgently looking for an RF Rollout Manager to work on a 6-month rolling contract based in South Africa (Cape Town). Role responsibilities: – Prepare the delivery project plans – Confirm equipment availability local and offshore – Manage the delivery teams and partners – Manage the site acquisition team through to site acceptance – Customer and internal reporting at all levels – Define and provide monthly KPIs for team member’s performance assessment – Lead War room teams during upgrade/Swap, ensure interfacing with field teams, and third-party network elements representative – Act as direct client liaison within the area of operation Role requirements: – 10+ years of experience in the Mobile Network Industry – Experience managing a department team of 15+ people – Maintain and build client relationship – Knowledge of Site Installations / MOD from the Technical and Rollout side – Knowledge of 2G/3G/4G/5G Site upgrades and installations.
