Managed Selection



Our tightly managed selection process blends efficiency with effectiveness. We filter our long list of candidates through a triple filter system through three levels of Tangent recruiters and managers.
Also, we provide line managers with tools and support to help them make the right decisions swiftly. Tools include Snapfiles video files; these are five min video interviews loaded via email link based on your chosen questions.

The support given covers coaching for line managers to conduct interviews and methods work through shortlisting to final selection.

 Also, interview specialists can attend interviews to ensure the process runs smoothly. 
We go to great lengths to ensure communication and feedback are accurate and timely, this makes recruitment painless and helps build your employer brand with the talent pool.

Managed Selection Process

Although this step appears after the Managed Selection process, our consultants would have covered every conceivable issue before an offer is made, it's what we call the ‘No Surprises’ game plan. 
When you come to offer the candidate the offer they are expecting; our prepping ensures the offer is accepted.
For example, if a contractor is relocating, we'll have advised them of tax impact early on in the process

On-boarding

Once the offer has been made, our compliance and logistics team swing into action. They will ensure all the paper-work, compliance and agreements are shared and approved.

Each candidate is supplied a welcome pack on day one outlining the offer, Tangent support numbers and company/role information to prime them for a successful start.


The Flow modules are flexible and can be adjusted to your systems and processes, for example feeding into HR portals such as SAP Fireglass.


We’ll ensure the service is aligned with HR, line managers and project managers and that communication flows smoothly across all teams.


Once Flow is set up full training is given and reporting starts after the 1st week, along with transparent KPI reporting to gauge our level of success.

Further support through Interview coaching for clients; end to end management of interview process wherever it is in the world. Also, Interview specialists can attend interviews to ensure process runs smoothly. 

4. Onboarding -  We keep on working after the selection is made to ensure smooth on-boarding. We carefully manage the offer and capture everything in a new starter pack – ensures no surprises.
