Tell us a little about yourself:
Since joining Tangent at the beginning of 2019 I have learnt so much about the industry and have found the place I will make a true career for myself, the values we work by and the community we have is un-rivalled, not to mention the fact we are pretty good at this recruitment stuff! :)

Which areas do you work in? 
I currently work within the Permanent Services team.

What excites you about tech & comms?
I think tech & comms are such important industries when it comes to developing many areas of our day to day life, from medical to gaming.

What do you love most about your job?
I love being able to curate working relationships that truly adds value to both parties, when identifying you can genuinely add value to an organisations recruitment process it makes the whole process seamless and with the infrastructure we have at Tangent it allows me to work with any company in the world.

What’s the most valuable lesson you have learned? 
It's the little things done consistently that will go a long way with both candidates and clients.

What do you do outside of work?
I enjoy a number of sports and love trying new restaurants.
