Marissa Carroll

Marissa has been working at Tangent for nearly 6 years, leading the Collections team  for  close to 4 . Within this time the overdue debt has decreased significantly and  has recently been Tangents  lowest recorded figure for a very long time. 
An average day for  the Collections Team Leader consists of  guiding the Credit controllers  to ensure smooth running of  over 100 clients,  including both contractor and permanent recruitment.  
Working alongside new and existing customers to build strong working relationships, understanding specific billing procedures in order to deliver the best service possible. 
Tangents Collections team works globally , worldwide with an extensive variety of  clients . We have key customers based in  U.K,  all the way to Africa and Asia.
Marissa has the ability to break down problems and resolve them in the quickest most efficient way, supporting the team to achieve goals and  grow with the company.  High energy, determination and motivation are all key factors for a Team Lead and Marissa has this in abundance.
