Tell us a little about yourself:
I have worked in recruitment for over 5 years; working all over the world helping a plethora of international businesses with their hard-to-fill contract positions. I have experience working a large variety of different roles, from telecom, to blockchain, to project management and health and safety. I focus on making sure my clients get the outcome they need.
Which areas do you work in?:
I work on the contract team, helping my clients with resource roles in Blockchain, telecoms, development and project management.
What excites you about tech & comms?:
It is an ever-changing industry and there is always a new area to be explored and learn more about.
What do you love most about your job?:
The thing I love the most about my job is the people I work with. I have built up fantastic relationships with not only my clients but also my colleagues who sit with me in the office. The culture is great!
What’s the most valuable lesson you have learned?:
Patience. The hardest thing about Recruitment is waiting for something that may not happen so I have learnt to have patience when dealing with clients and candidates, and also learning the best way to show the client what they need and not what they necessarily want.
Tell us one thing we wouldn’t know about you:
I used to play professional football.
What do you do outside of work?:
Outside of work, I like to see my friends and go to the gym.
