The biggest impact we have on the environment is through our supply chain and how we travel to visit our international client and contractor/candidate community. We are currently looking at the best possible carbon offsets and encourage all of our staff to be responsible in this area (car sharing/video conferencing etc). We measure and monitor the environmental impact of our office-based activities and try to reduce it where we can. For example we have adopted a green energy tariff and actively encourage staff to save energy, and we recycle all paper and as much kitchen waste as possible.We are also considering wider targets for the improvement of our overall environmental performance.
We recycle CDs and toners. As mentioned, we try to travel by the least carbon intensive methods possible and offset carbon when we can’t. This combination means we are working towards reducing our impact on climate change and reaching a neutral status.
