Simon Dear
Chief Executive Officer
Simon is responsible for strategy, growth and customer development in all Tangent operations, and is as likely to be seen meeting with our customers as he is meeting with Tangent's advisors.
He has 15 years recruitment experience, has worked on 5 continents, and maintains an ultra keen interest in finding local solutions to international opportunities. Educated at Brighton College and Reading University, his first foray into recruitment was with Parity, a mainstream ICT recruiter. He was subsequently hired by Tangent to develop operations in Asia and the USA.

Robin Legg
Group Operations Director
Robin's prime role is to ensure the group's contractual relationship with our clients and suppliers is clear and compliant and that our systems and processes are of the highest quality.
Prior to joining Tangent 10+ years ago, to lead its Project Management Division which successfully undertook projects for customers in the Aeronautical, Finanacial Services, Petrochemical, Pharmaceutical, Retail and Utility industries, he was previously with HM Government and Standard Chartered Bank, where he was responsible for development and roll-out of major systems.

Peter Connor
FCCA Finance Director
Previously head of finance, Peter has 20 years experience within the Tangent group of companies. Before joining Tangent he worked as an accountant within the Powell Duffryn Group. Peter is a member of the Association of Accounting Technicians, a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants and also serves as an advisory member of the Thurrock Christian Fellowship Trust.

Geoff Slyfield
Non Executive Director
(Director, Tangent International Group & Managing Director, eXecSolve Ltd)
For a 15 year period to May 2000, Geoff was Managing Director and a shareholder of the Tangent International Group. With over 30 years experience in the information technology/telecommunications sectors, he has a solid track record in financial & business management. Prior to this he was Group Accountant for a number of companies operating in the Construction, Property, Farming and Restaurant sectors.
Geoff has been President of the CSSA (now Intellect), the UK’s main IT trade association, led overseas trade missions and served as a non-executive director for a number of UK and overseas companies. He also fulfilled a three year term as a Council Member and Branch Chairman of the Institute of Directors.

Director Asia Pacific
Simon Tolhurst has over 20 years ICT recruiting experience. After a notable career with the UK's largest technical recruiter, Simon emigrated to Australia to resume his successful career path. Having spent 4 years with Icon in Sydney, Simon was recruited by Tangent to run its operations across Asia Pacific. He is focused on developing long term relationships with Tangent clients and candidate base, and is one of the most experienced recruitment professionals working in the region.

Richard Arthurton
Director Business Development
Richard has been in the Mobile Technology recruitment sector for the past 11 years, having previously worked at two other international recruitment companies. Richard has been instrumental in setting up both Tangent International's US subsidiary TanIntCo Inc. and Tangent's Business Development Group. His current remit is the management and guidance of an experienced Sales team focused on the development of business within Europe and emerging markets.

Kristian Martin
Director International Accounts
Kristian has worked in the ICT recruitment arena for over 8 years. He began his career recruiting specifically for the IT industry. Upon joining Tangent Kristian identified a need within the mobile terminals market and quickly established one of the largest pools of labour available to help meet the demand. Kristian is currently responsible for Tangent's major accounts across the globe. He has established a dedicated group with experience of managing large workforces in over 55 countries.

Group Manager, Tangent Resources Ltd
Currrently in her 5th year with Tangent Resources, Nicole manages a team of experienced permanent and temporary consultants. Having been in recruitment for 8 years, Nicole and her team have established key relationships with a number of international organisations. Specialising in the commercial sector both in the UK and internationally, Nicole's experience helps her team to successfully recruit for many disciplines.

Daniel is currently Group Manager for TanIntCo Inc, a US subsidiary of the Tangent International Group. Daniel has over 7 years in recruitment, all of which have been spent within Tangent. His recruiting experience spans both IT and telecommunications with 4 years in Europe and 3 in the USA.

David Delbecq
Group Manager, Tangent Middle East
David is currently Tangent International Group Manager for Middle East & Africa Operations. He has over 5 years experience in recruitment and staffing solutions, all of which have been spent within Tangent. David's recruitment experience spans telecommunications, IT, management & business consultancy and senior sales - specialising also in recruitment campaigns and 'volume' mid tier recruitment. David is fluent in several languages, is Oxford-educated, and holds a Masters Degree in Private International Law. |
